Rizzo Center, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel

Always a wonderful stay, unfortunately this time, there was a LOUD barking dog that woke my toddler up. This dog also barked at night causing him to wake up again. Not a fun time b.

Loved this property! It was quiet and clean and the continental breakfast was incredible! The guest pantry was an added treat. The pool was clean and safe for little kids. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

This place was amazing. Giest pantry for each floor stocked with ice cream and sodas. My kids lived it. The breakfast was outstanding as well

Thank you our family came from miles around just to be together. We had dancing and music and we could laugh cry and talk with each other. It was beautifully orchestrated. The hotel was secure. The fountain there and the water a true fountain of youth. Bring with Thomas and his family meant the world to me. I can honestly say it was one of the best moments of my life. Thank you for the good food and the music the hotel it’s self was clean. And the bedding soft. We had privacy but both also places to be together. The fire place was pretty we saw it from inside. His nieces and nephews were outside. You had balconies and places for us to sit and talk and share. White Hydrangeas blue hydrangeas toms caring touch fireflies and tapitstry . New Hope church. Children who are our nieces and nephews. Jb and Cathy wedding. Tom and I celebrating our years together. Clock tower. And a golden scale of justice almost perfectly balanced in the hallway. Our dressed while each individual matched. Easy parking. Very nice area.

Wonderful place to stay. Will definitely say here again next time we are in Chapel Hill. The kids love the free ice cream.

Amazing! Highly recommend for families. Big clean and quiet rooms. Super friendly staff, good hot breakfast and the kids loved the free icecream and popcorn. Best hotel stay on a long time! Thank you!

Great stay, as always! Been here many times, will be back many to come! Brought our kids this time, and they loved it as much as we do! :)

The property was beautiful and the rooms were amazing. The staff were very kind and welcoming and the guest pantry is a very nice touch. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We have stayed at the Rizzo the last 4 times we’ve visited our daughter at UNC. We keep coming back because we love the family feel, especially access to the pantry. This time however, the pantry was bare. On our first day, there were only a few drinks in the fridge and nothing else. We love the ice cream and popcorn, but there was none to be had. We also do my daughters laundry and had to hunt for detergent, which is usually in the pantry as well. In our rooms, we had 3, the toiletries were less than 1/4 filled. There were towels, but not enough for each of us to have 2. The major issue with our stay was the trouble with controlling the thermostat. Either our rooms were freezing or we were sweating. Even with all this, we’ll still be back because we love the location, the grounds and the comfort of the Rizzo.
