Hampton Inn Raleigh/Cary

We visited from out of town to attend my daughter’s graduation. On Saturday May 11th we departed 8AM to attend the graduation and the door was fully closed and locked. Only to return and discover that my secondary phone was missing. My suit case was left out in the open and it had all my phone chargers and secondary phone in it. (Secondary phone has no service). WiFi use only. It has Face ID and pin setup. Whoever cleaned my room 509 is a thief. They stole memories of all my vacation trips with my family, all of my grandkids photos and memories. If you are reading this PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE!!!! They have no safes, they don’t have any cameras on any floor that I have seen. Previous reviews less than three months ago show that cars have been broken into. Please please don’t stay here and go elsewhere. Reviews matter read them because I clearly didn’t on this place. I don’t want to even give a 1 star because of how I feel. -0 out of 10. Additionally the ceiling has water spots, ironing board broke, elevators are not working, all ice machines are out of order.

Check in was easy. Room was clean but bathrooms need updating. Breakfast was perfect for kids in the morning. Parking was not an issue and a large variety of places to eat.

On Sunday, when we checked out the front desk lady was so nice and personable. The rooms are good but need a better cleaning on the carpet around the baseboards, very dirty. A good wipe down on the baseboards and good vacuum in the corners and along those baseboards. Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. We loved seeing the special education kids from the high school in there working. Overall good and a few items addressed and would be great. We would stay again.
