DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Raleigh-Cary

The staff made this experience great. The room was excellent except for the bed bothered my husband's back. However, thats a case by case issue. The front desk staff and the staff in the bar/grill were top notch. They were helpful with parking instructions, dining needs, and they were super sweet to my children. I appreciate the tremendous welcome!

We have stayed here several times while in Raleigh visiting family. Quiet, convenient, pleasant and clean. This time we were given a room with the air compressor about 3 feet from our window. NOISY!!! All night long. Not pleasant!

We stayed at the property overnight while on a holiday roadtrip. The hotel was well maintained and the lobby was nicely decorated and clean. Our room was also very clean and I liked the Crabtree & Evelyn products supplied in the bathroom. I’d stay at this property again with no hesitation & recommend to my family and friends.

The DoubleTree never disappoints. I was helping a friend move from Rochester to SC. I stayed at a Red Roof Inn in Rochester next to the airport thinking hey it’s just one night how bad could it be right? WRONG. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I’m not using this term literally i mean it. Therefore I was unable to sleep at this location and needed to pull over to get some rest. I refused to make the same mistake. I choose the DoubleTree because I needed a clean shower and clean sheets to sleep on. Compared to the stay I had before my stay at the DoubleTree was mana from the skies. I slept like a baby, took a nice hot shower and continued my journey home. The DoubleTree has never let me down yet, no matter what state I stop in it’s always 5 star service in my book.

It was quiet and the staff were very nice. I disliked the unruly children unattended at the pool. They were diving, jumping in the pool. It was prohibited.

Our recent stay was excellent. We were in town to check out some of the museums in Raleigh, with our two kids. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of space to allow for social distancing. We were within a 15 min drive of downtown Raleigh so it was very convenient. The pool was a bit small but it was empty most of the time, so our boys were able to swim to their hearts’ content. Additionally, all of the hotel staff we encountered were extremely friendly and attentive. We have yet to have a bad stay at a Doubletree hotel and will continue to seek out these hotels for future stays.
