Sonesta ES Suites Raleigh Cary

I enjoyed my stay at Sonesta suites. I was checked in promptly and was assisted in anything I needed. The staff was kind and the suite I stayed was perfect. Everything was modern and updated. Quiet area as well so I slept like a baby.Close to yummy restaurants & stores. Highly recommend!

Great facility to bring a family

This hotel was perfect. It was able to accommodate my big family without us having to get all these different rooms or rent an small house. The suites are super clean and the staff is the best. I would definitely stay again.

I would never stay here again. While the room was fine, I have never felt so rushed out of a place. We were told when we checked in, if we wanted housekeeping to let them know the day before. We stayed more than one night and didn't receive housekeeping, which was no problem and in line with what we were told at check in - housekeeping will only come if you ask. We never requested housekeeping, however, on our last night housekeeping knocked on our door at 7:45 am and woke us up! Then they knocked again at 10 am! Then at 10:45 am we got a call to remind us that check out is at 11 am. We knew that and had it been after 11 am I would have no problem with the call but between the multiple and very early housekeeping knocks and call before we were even supposed to be out of the room I felt very unwelcomed and like they were in a rush to get us out of the room. This was our weekend away from children so we really wanted to sleep in and relax and instead were awoken early and felt rushed out!

Toilet was child size and difficult to use if you are in your 70s. Shower had pubic hair and other long hair in it. Carpet had stuff on it indicating it had not been vacuumed. Stayed here before and it was not bad as this stay was. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay; rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great. Only thing that was off for us was the coffee machine in the room is set up for 1-2 cups, not for a family of 5 coffee drinkers.

Fabulous- I live in the area and will recommend to friends and family.

This was an ideal stay if you are traveling with a family and pets especially. It was quiet, clean, and welcoming.

4 night stay pool was down entire time with 4 kids

I will definitely stay here again when I'm visiting family nearby. The property is located near major roads, making it easy to get around, the staff has all been friendly and helpful, and my room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All at a reasonable price.
