Quality Inn Asheville Downtown Tunnel Road

Clean and great customer service. My family and I stayed for the weekend. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and organized. The bathroom was very clean and there was a cute flower design on our bathroom tissue. Nice touch. We had plenty of bath towels, hand and wash clothes. Our AC kept us cool and our mini fridge kept our drinks ice cold which was perfect relief from the Summer heat! Our garbage cans never overflowed. They were quickly emptied when placed outside of the room. I’ve stayed at other Quality Inn’s and this one was the best by far. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

This was a solo trip to visit family for my grandsons 13th birthday. The room was clean and comfortable and served my needs well during my trip. Bed was comfy and smelled clean.

Breakfast was the only problem. Saturday morning, the first time i tried to eat, the staff and their children filled entire dining area, so that as someone paying to stay there I had nowhere to sit. Also, limited food options: bread waffle or cereal. Sunday, all of the bread was stale.

Most comfortable beds we have rested on in 60 years! No kidding!

One of the blankets had stains on it, the bathroom door was dirty and had water damage at the bottom, the hotel room door doesn’t seem to have weather sealing ( lots of cold air came through no problem) the toilet sits oddly far from the toilet paper holder ( a child can not reach it) the refrigerator has a odd odor and the microwave was not cleaned properly. No elevators to reach the second floor

We arrived at the Quality Inn at 8pm to check in, found our way through a lobby that was perhaps under construction or remodeling to the backside of the property. I was traveling with my young son to drop him off at camp. We went out to dinner and when we came back to get into our room, a truck was parked right in front of our room with 5 men drinking beers music playing in very high volume, with empty beer cans. We got in the room very unsettled. I called the front desk. The told me they would handle it. It seemed the music had stopped but the men stayed, just 3 feet from our room continuing to drink and be loud. Now, I knew they know I complained. I knew neither my son nor myself as his mother would be able to sleep. The entrance to the rooms is at the back, it is dark and feels deserted. I went to the front office to tell them we would not be staying and that we need a refund. I was told there would be no refunds. If you are traveling with your family, or alone, this is not a safe place to stay. The parking lot is not well lit at the back and there is to security to keep strangers from the property.
