Best Western Asheville Tunnel Road

Our stay was very comfortable. The location was convenient for our visit to The Biltmore. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. We were even pleasantly surprised that they offered the indoor pool next door to the guests at this hotel. The kids loved that since it was too cold for an outdoor swim. The staff were very nice and helpful. I have no complaints. The only real thing that could use some improvement is the breakfast. While they do have a big selection the only thing the biscuits, gravy, eggs and sausage wasn’t Great, but there was the waffle maker and plenty of other options. That’s not necessarily a complaint, but more a suggestion for future reference. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Probably the best renovated hotel I've stayed at. My room was very clean and, though it retained the retro charm of past vacations with Mom and Dad when I was a kid, it had all the new stuff I've come to like (safe, fridge, microwave, nice tile in bathroom, secure room, hot water & pressure, etc.). And . . . it was extremely reasonable in cost! Bear in mind this is more of a 2-floor, outside access, motel. If stairs are an issue, ask for a 1st floor room. Very friendly. 10 out of 10. Thanks for a nice stay!

Check was fast, room was clean. I requested a first floor because I have kids and I got that. When I requested a few more towels she bought me more than enough with no issues trying to get the dirty ones. Breakfast was good and hot. Very pleased with my experience.

My family has been staying at this motel for many years when we come to town to visit relatives. The property is always clean and the rooms are well equipped with extra pillows, refrigerator, coffee, etc. The breakfast is ok, could use a little more variety, but overall a good stay and we will be back

We spent one night while visiting family. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was good with biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, muffins, and fruit. When we come to visit again we will stay here again.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and made our stay wonderful. Traveling with our Fur baby has never been more effortless. Excellent path for doggy exercise and potty breaks, well kept and clean. They have a wonderful continental breakfast with waffles and pancakes!! Right off the main truck line to Asheville and all its attractions, most a simple 10 minute drive from the hotel. Highly recommend!!

Nice pool for the kids. Bed was a bit lumpy, but ok. Breakfast was pretty good as far as the options. Good location for a stopover. Road is a little noisy, but fine. Good stop overall.
