Everything was awesome and so clean the lady up front Sheri or Cheryl I really feel horrible for forgetting her name was absolutely amazing my kids really liked her and all the servers n bartender in the new restaurant they even made mock tales for the boys. The food and adult beverages were great as well. The pool wasn’t finished yet but we were told that upfront before renting our room and cabin. I will definitely stay with family here again.

Horribly uncomfortable bed. We are a family of four and stayed in the two queen bed room (their only one). There is an obvious dip in the center of both beds. The manager said their reviews are great and that she has slept in most of the rooms (not exactly comforting). Must have been pre-Covid because their dining room / bar is now defunct and used as office space, the hallways are not air conditioned so it was sweltering there (we visited the beginning of July), which made the AC in the room work double hard. The front desk reception area is locked off from 5pm until about 8:30am. Other than those issues it wasn’t bad, but who wants to “try” to sleep in a bumpy bed with a hole in the center? The manager wouldn’t let us get our money back so we could try somewhere else (we were there 3 days), but did put my wife and I in the next room over which had two shallower holes rather than one deep one, so we could get some sleep, although not of the level that we would have liked.

The front desk closed at 6 PM.We get there at 6:15 PM after a several hours drive. We got instructions through email to get our room key out of a lockbox with a code, well the person working the desk gave us a wrong code,so we could not get into the box. After an hour of calling the resort, only to find out the manager was in Florida, a family member just started punching in numbers and came up with the correct sequence of numbers to open the box.(Just out of luck). We were not very happy to say the least by that point.
