Room was clean and large enough for a family. Great amenities - onsite outdoor grills, indoor pool, nice large fire pit, gym. Breakfast was also good and served for 4 hours which is great!

Check in with third party was difficult. She said we might be double billed. Card to pool didn’t open door…she said known issue. Pool tile is super slick…my child fell twice on it and hit his head.

First day we were there some glass beer bottles were broken in the indoor pool area, the smell of beer was very strong through the whole pool area. Also the smell of beer stayed the whole time in the pool area like it wasn’t cleaned properly. My card was double charged and for this inconvenience I was rewarded nothing but a call to my bank to fix the issue that of course you don’t get back right away. The staff was very nice. They needed to be more struck on the guest having glass in the pool area. It clearly states it in the pool rules. There are families that come and stay there which could prevent a law suit if someone was to get cut by the broken glass. I will not be choosing this hotel again.
