Check in process was the best I’ve ever experienced. Extremely quick and efficient. Quiet part of town. Arrived at 10:30 with my wife and 2 kids and slept like a baby. 10/10

The suite was spacious and everything was clean except the sofa, two chairs and ottoman. The fabric was cloth and it was disgusting. You literally stuck to it when you touched it. I had to drape a sheet over the furniture before I could sit on it. The pool wasn’t in operation. Since it was a family vacation, I looked at hotels that had outdoor pools available. We were disappointed to see a sign that stated the pool wasn’t in operation- sorry for the inconvenience- for our entire three night stay.

nice hotel and great location!!! i didn’t like the manager calling me out in front of the breakfast crowd about my 4yr old not having shoes and then proceeded to stop us from eating our breakfast until i put shoes on my child!!! it was really embarrassing for my child thinking they did something wrong and the manager was completely disrespectful and rude about the situation!!

Booked two rooms and requested them to be next door or across hall, they only had one room reserved for me. The second room I was given at the time of check in was on a different floor! Not acceptable when traveling with kids.

My family stayed at the Holiday Inn express in Boone following a quick ski trip, and we were happy with our lodging. In fact, there was a room making excessive noise across the hall when we arrived and after I notified the receptionist, it was quickly taken care of. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, especially the cinnamon rolls!
