Comfort Suites Boone - University Area

We had a suite 2 adults and 3 children. Had to flag down housekeeping to empty garbage and exchange towels. Apparently you only get service after 3 The pull out couch had a mattress pad that was stained and very dirty. Beds are hard, if you like a firm bed this is your place.

Came to Boone for a soccer tourney, great place to stay with a family and we loved the indoor pool option which the kids loved. Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was very friendly. Wine shop and taco truck next door were a bonus!

Staff was very nice. We were traveling with infants and they brought pack n plays to the room. Room was clean and comfortable!

This was one of the best hotel stays are family has had. The staff was great, the rooms were roomy and clean, breakfast was great, and our kids enjoy the pool. Thank you so much!

Clean and efficient. Also rooms were nice and warm. Rooms was not cleaned but I guess they only do between customers. Staff was very helpful, prompt and welcoming. Excellent for families.

The hotel was in a perfect location and our kids loved the pool. We saw a lot of workers, but only a few who were actually working. The breakfast bar was wonderfully maintained and fully stocked. We were there for 6 days and could never get anyone to service our room. We needed the trash emptied, more paper products, and fresh towels. We asked at least 3 times to have the room serviced on Day 4 of our stay. They would say, “You are on the list.” It was never serviced. Other than that issue, we enjoyed our stay.

Our family stayed for five nights during Thanksgiving week 2023 so that we could visit other family in the Boone area. The property is older but in good condition. Positives: The breakfast staff people were attentive, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The lobby had a nice ambiance with a constant fire in the fireplace and a huge Christmas tree. The indoor heated pool was nice entertainment for the children. Negatives: The housekeeping staff overlooked our room, even after being asked to clean and leave fresh towels. The front desk attendants were hit or miss, one in particular was very helpful and friendly, others were more concerned with looking at their phones. This could easily be a five star property, especially for the reasonable price, with some small tweaks.

My family loved the indoor pool and the convenience of the delicious breakfast.

Perfect for my family's one night stay. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and next time we will definitely bring our swimsuits for the indoor pool. The lobby area was beautiful with the large stone fireplace.

The room was not available when I arrived with my kids and husband late at night to check in. When I asked the manager to provide me with a solution, he told me to get out (using horrible profenity) . I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Rudest experience ever. No matter how frustrated you are, I am as well, and with children in the car with no place to sleep suddenly. He should not be a manager if he can't handle the pressure of the job. They told me to go to another local hotel that hopefully had a bed.
