Comfort Inn & Suites

Clean comfortable room, very friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast every morning. The kids also loved the pool.

We visit family in the area several times a year. We always stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Hawthorne NY. Very clean, comfortable, convenient, safe. Friendly and professional staff. Spacious rooms. Good options for breakfast. We have stayed there for years and have been totally satisfied every visit

Older property. King room was large. Hotel had a funky smell throughout. Bed and linen were fine. Unfortunately, there were families that failed to supervise their children at midnight. They were loud running up and down the hallway. We were only at the hotel for 4 hours and just needed some sleep, but with kids running around loudly, that didn’t happen. When we left, the hallway reeked of pot. It’s a no smoking hotel. I would definitely not stay there again.

Overall stay was fine. Last night of our stay there must have been some sort of a family gathering and noise in third floor hallway went on for over an hour. Did not want to say anything then as at time things escalate Next stay we will get room on ground floor

This hotel is amazing love the family feel to it it’s very clean staff are amazing wonderful housekeeping team and the manager Brian is amazing I must say one of the best managers I’ve ever come across always accommodating and a pleasure to speak with .

The perfect spot for visiting family in the Hudson Valley area. Easy driving to the main highways and local venues. Applebees out front for reasonable dining. Quite and safe area, plenty of parking. In door pool and spa to smooth the days troubles away. Friendly staff ready to help no matter what time of day or night. Perfect for family holidays when you don’t want to over burden family with extra bodies. Spacious rooms that are clean comfortable. Definitely planning a return.

I am a long-term customer of the Comfort Inn and Suites in Hawthorne. Since I left Westchester 4 years ago, I have come back at least once a year to visit my children and typically stay at the Comfort Inn. It is reliably clean, friendly and quiet. The staff is quite nice and do their best to maintain a nice motel atmosphere. The breakfast is also a plus. My complaint on this visit was simply that the pool was not available for the full 19 days. I was told that it had to do with Covid. Then I was told there was a leak. The area around it, as I did use the exercise room, smelled of mold. No really satisfactory explanation was offered. I almost thought that the price of the room should be discounted as a result. Other than that the Comfort Inn continues to be a reliable and affordable place to stay, and remains safe and clean.

The staff was extra nice in my families time of grief. Thanks so much!
