In town visiting family and friends

Visited with my family for an event and had a great stay, would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here a few times and each time has been smooth! The hotel is as clean and had everything we needed for our family. Nice size suit with very tall ceilings! Would definitely stay here again!

I am disgusted with this hotel and DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone at- I booked home 2 suites two other times in Florida and loved it so I decided to book the same hotel for my trip to New York and booked for my family for 7 days which was the longest stay at any home2suites- utterly disappointed- 4 days to request to clean my room and still not services after 7 days. Breakfast is disgusting and have no taste. Checkout not extended even for one hour- DISAPPOINTED! Will never book HOME2Suite.

I was late to check in for car issues and the woman in the front office told me I couldn’t check in because they didn’t have nothing available mind you I payed 230 down and was not payable back also had 3 kids in the car at 2:30 am then waiting for the front door to open while we all wait to get a room because she was cleaning the room all later I mean it’s more to it just a lot to add on here .

We traveled a great distance to visit family in Marcy. When we arrived (mind you, it was very late!!), the two desk clerks were very helpful in getting our family to our room quickly. They also offered us bottled water…and even made fresh coffee for my husband. (Thank you, ladies!) That was so sweet of them for being so hospitable! Our spacious room was nice and clean. We were surprised to find a stainless steel full-sized fridge and dishwasher in our suite. In lieu of eating out, we went to the local Walmart (5 minutes away by car), bought a few items, and enjoyed our dinner meal (second night) inside of our room. Plates, utensils, glasses, etc., were stored in the dishwasher for our use. What a great gesture! Breakfast is served daily with many choices. My husband LOVED their coffee! There is also a variety of teas, if one is a tea drinker. Our stay was enjoyable and safe. The staff welcomed us with pleasure. We will definitely consider this hotel again, when in the area. Upon first entry, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The lobby was clean and smelled nice. We got to our room and we were okay with the room. We needed dog friendly so the less than clean looking carpetsdisnt phase us. The bathroom was pretty clean but there was what looked like a smudge of poop on the wall by the toilet. We could also hear people above us pretty easily. Everything else was great. Our room was 203. The breakfast was far better then other hotels we’ve stayed at. The kids ate everything. Again the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

The check in process was quick. The hotel was very clean and the hotel room was beautiful and spacious. My kids enjoyed the pool. The pool is 3ft to 4.11ft deep and 15x35 in size. Bigger and deeper than most other hotels. So that was nice. I would have liked some more options for breakfast but overall not too bad. The only incident I encountered was at 10:50am housekeeping opened my door and quickly closed it after they realized I was still in there. I would have preferred a knock on the door. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if I am in the area.

Had a dearh in my family an the gotel refused to cancel, refund or give us a future booking. Thus would have been the 4th time we stayed there and now i will never book there again to lack of hospitality and compasion.
