Inn at Taughannock Falls

It was a great stay with my family. The fall was right next to the inn

The entire staff were super friendly. The gentleman working the front desk was a pleasure to talk with. He showed us a really cool feature to the big mirror and my 7 month old was in awe as well as my husband and I. The property was well maintained. The rooms were clean and the views were pretty from the Lakeview room we stayed in. Unfortunately the dinning room was not open as it was off season for them and only open on weekends. The continental breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about. I mean it’s continental so I don’t usually find those types of free breakfast much of anything. We stayed two nights. My daughter slept great. The mini fridge and microwave helped us out with our baby travels as first time parents. Very close to a bunch of vineyards and Ithaca. I would recommend this place as well as come back again!

Loved the room, view, and amenities. However, it did get quite noisy with toddler next door refusing to sleep till midnight, and was up again before 6am. Noise proofing would be nice.

Look no further. The Inn at Taughannock has everything you need for a great stay. It is right next to the iconic Taughannock falls. You can walk from the property. Vivian was so accommodating with our room and we were able to check in early. The property is pristine with plenty of outdoor lounging. There are 3 gorgeous gas fire pits that they light at night and a quaint bar offering beverages. Our room was the Spa Lake view room and I highly recommend. It was spacious with a marble bathroom, rain shower head and large jacuzzi tub with plenty of room for two. It’s location is directly across from the park with water access and a boat launch. There’s a brand new playground for kids and many picnic areas. You’re guaranteed to have a great stay at the Inn at Taughannock.

The purpose of our trip was a family reunion. The location was superb, overlooking Cayuga Lake. The walking path to see Taughannock Falls was awesome. Breakfasts each morning were lovely, and we enjoyed a gourmet dinner at the Inn for our final night. It was a wonderful trip!

A small family reunion had a great experience at Taughannock Falls Inn. The included breakfasts were done well, with great service from the staff. Dinner was excellent, again with a great server. Facilities were excellent, and we all enjoyed the entire visit.

We enjoyed staying at the Inn vs. a hotel. It was lovely, and well maintained. The free breakfast was marvelous. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to friends and family. We only have great things to say about this place, the room, the bed, complimentary bottles of water, etc. The Finger Lakes area was nice too.
