Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Ithaca

Needed room for family event.traveled 350 miles and when I arrived was greeted by Dakota ,very pleasant and professional.She is a real asset to you company. Stay was wonderful !

Perfect place for a family.

This hotel and staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. When checking in they recognized we had kids and booked a king size bed option. They quickly got a manager and set us up with a king bed couch option. That made our stay perfect and we appreciated it!!!

I had intended on staying at the hotel down the block. But when it turned up that there were no more rooms for my dates, I picked this hotel very last minute and hoped for the best. I walked in and loved the decor and atmosphere. I learned that this hotel was recently renovated. The room was clean and staff was friendly. I didn’t expect a hot breakfast, but that was a nice and welcome treat. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. I also learned that this hotel has a laundry room. It was also in a very nice area, surrounded by restaurants and other stores needed while on vacay. This hotel checked off a lot of what I want and expect from a home away from home. My family was really impressed and enjoyed this hotel. I agree with them! I need to return to the area and already booked my next stay here.
