The Rockaway Hotel

All staff members were amazing from the front desk to the dining staff, go see Cliff! Best waiter out there. Took good care of me with my allergies and accommodated my pregnant wife.. downside is that someone was throwing a party on Sunday night and music was like a lil Wayne concert until midnight. Wish they were respectful of the people there as well as others with their kids ect. Also, very limited on food options on THREE different restaurants, would like to see more options.. Overall great place to spend time

It was absolutely wonderful. I did a little babymoon here and we went to the spa and ate at the restaurant and watched movies and the staff was so attentive, accommodating and just nice. Definitely, definitely recommend and I’ll be looking forward to having another excuse to stay there.

My family and I spent Father's Day weekend at this lovely hotel - it was our first time and we were very pleasantly surprised! The hotel and pool area are beautiful, modern, and chic, and the room, though a bit small, was comfortable, well-equipped, and had amazing mattresses. The food at the pool was expensive but good, and Margie's (the restaurant) was excellent. The roof deck facing the bay was a perfect spot for late afternoon sun, while the one on the ocean side was lively with live reggae. My only complaint was the very loud DJ music that went on for hours at the pool; while the regular hotel music is fantastic and plays at an enjoyable volume, the pumping DJ music on weekends was a bit too much. Next time, I will likely book only 1 weekend day and some weekdays instead. The staff were warm, inviting, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Special thanks to Emily (the wonderful manager), Issac (who was outstanding beginning to end), CJ, and Paul; you truly helped make our weekend extra special, and we hope to see you all again soon! Lastly, I think the hotel should stock up on Rockaway Hotel T-shirts, because I think everyone would buy one!
