Drinks at the sugar factory restaurant were extremely overpriced and no real options if not going to casino. "Suite" had no separation between king bed and pull-out sofa if traveling with kids.

Room was perfect. I asked for a high level floor (to avoid noise) and was immediately accommodated- letting me sleep like a baby. Wonderful staff and Tim (the attendant) arranged transportation the next day to the airport seamlessly! Fantastic stay-

My family and I had a wonderful time there. Everything was up to date. Thanks to Jesus for that and thanks to the staff as well. May Jesus bless them all, in Jesus Name, Amen. QOL tip: It would be nice if they had a little rug by the bed side because all the dirt goes on the bed.

Living in this area my whole life until I moved away 16 years ago, adding this to the area was a great idea. Even though we miss the flea market this is an upgrade for sure. I loved the hotel and was close to all my family without staying with family.😉

This was our first time staying at this property and I'm disappointed that we hadn't stayed here in the past. It is extremely clean and modern. The rooms are huge and there is a great view of NYC from the city view rooms. The only downside to our stay was that there was no valet service on a Saturday evening/Sunday morning. It was kind of a pain in the ass to deal with, especially when traveling with young kids and a ton of luggage. I'd still stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

This was probably the best hotel in the area. I had no complaints on room size and overall setup. Bathroom was very nice. Staff was great to me and my family. Overall I will be staying here again.

Fantastic hotel near JFK! If you ever get stuck with a canceled connection ask to stay here. Great, friendly staff. Nice rooms and a cool little candy store for the kids.

2:00 am and the lobby is filled with people waiting for their rooms after checking in. Staff is doing all they can, but Hyatt needs to step it up and higher more people to clean the rooms or pay them more. Paid $450.00 for 1 night, like everyone else sitting in this lobby. people with small children are seriously sleeping on the floor and couches waiting, never experienced a worse check in process.
