I want to start with the front desk person was great and could not have done anything better. The pool was closed for routine maintenance and that was the main thing we looked for in a hotel as a stop over on a long road trip to tire the kids out. Knowing this ahead of time would have been nice since it was a scheduled closure. When we got to the room it smelled musty but I tried to ignore it. My 7 year old son laid in the bed and said the bed was wet. Both beds felt wet like sheets, blankets and pillows weren’t put in the dryer just all over wet. We called the front desk and they moved us to another room which was better. Overall a disappointing stay but we made the best of it.

Stayed there for 2 nights. - toilet was dirty when checked in - room was musty - room phone was out of order. So couldn’t call front desk. - next day room wasn’t cleaned. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything. Had to stay in the dirty room second night too - front desk said they told their manager “Sarah” and she would call me - no one called. Had to stay with family/kids in a dirty room that they did not service and refused to do anything about. This place is best avoided.

I complained about noise level of families and nothing was done; my room was right beside the highway so it was a completely terrible stay. No rest whatsoever.

The hotels pool was not functioning, it was not advertised and I had a very upset child. We made it work but there should be some sort of process to alert people that the hotel is not working. I purposely booked this hotel Because of the pool. Laura at the front desk was very sincere about the entire situation but it was still disappointing. The hotel is under renovation which is fine but still, wouldn’t have booked it because we had to bring our breakfast upstairs to our room which is a lot with a small child. The options were good tho. Not big deal. Just should have been alerted some how.

Quick weekend trip for a family emergency. Highly recommend this hotel. Clean rooms, great hot breakfast every morning with choices for everyone. Very friendly helpful staff. Only downside I found which didn't bother me but may bother some was the noise from the highway behind the building. I don't need total quiet to sleep but I know some do. Showers were phenomenal nice and hot with excellent water pressure. Also an added bonus they supplied Dove brand shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for your convenience. IHG affiliated so if your a member you'll earn points for your stay as well.
