Lodging at the Gaffer Inn

My wife and I travel alot. We’ve been to Europe twice and drove across America. This was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The restaurant below was just as nice with a staff that made you feel like family.

Don’t let the fact that you get your key in the bar, or the back stair case throw you off. Our room was perfect for me and two kids to be comfortable. We got lucky finding a parking spot in back right after five so we were good on parking for the night, but I could see that being inconvenient if it’s really busy. It’s not a hotel with a loading zone or dedicated parking! We drove by it the first time. But seriously the staff was great the location was perfect to enjoy the town and go to the museum of glass the next day. I’d recommend to anyone.

Pleasantly surprised! Beautiful room.Clean and easy check in/out. Everyone is very friendly. I Do not recommend if you have children due to noise from music from bar next door even though it does stop at 11:00. We will definitely be returning .
