Hampton Inn Owego

What we liked was the breakfast and the room itself but the cleanliness was a no but I have seen worst. When we were checking in the lady answering the phone was rude. Telling people calling that she had rooms but if you wanted one to just come in. Our room could have been really nice if we didn't find a perscription pill on floor, also we were not the only people who found pills on their floor a couple with a baby found pills on their floor too. The floor hadn't been vacuumed, there was food in fridge, hair on comforter, pubic hairs in tub and the toliet hadn't been cleaned there was black ring and black stuff coming down from inside rim. The mattress was way to soft on 1 side and it felt like mattress was tilted we took sheets off to turnover mattress and there were big yellow stains on both sides. Mattress was a little better after flipping. There was no fan in bathroom. The ice machine was broke on 3rd floor. The garbage piled up in can outside side door. The hallway was nice on 3rd floor. It could have been a real nice stay had our room been clean on checking in. I did take pictures. We stayed because we came in from NC and didn’t have time to look for another hotel because we were there to lay my grandma to rest. We won't be back we spent over 500 for room and it should have been clean.

We have nut and sesame allergies in our family. I was pretty disappointed to see an almond-based soap bar in the bathroom, as well as a sesame-based skin lotion. It made it unsafe for us, and it would make it unsafe for others in the same situation. Please consider using safer products. Thank you.

We travel often to see family or go to functions. Our stay in Owego was one the the best stays we’ve ever had! Room was clean, beds were very comfortable, bathroom had grab bars (which for a disabled person, it’s a major plus). The breakfast had great choices. Highly recommend it

We had a lovely stay. Came into town for a wedding. Very convenient location. My kids enjoyed the pool. Very clean & friendly staff. Breakfast was average. The kids liked making their own waffles. If I ever need to go to Owego again, we will stay at the Hampton for sure!

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Very obvious they did not wipe anything down. The front desk person who checked us in was not very good. When we asked for a room in an upper level, she told us there were none without even checking. An hour later a different family checked in and went up in the elevator
