Best Western Owego Inn

I booked a room with one king bed and a sofa bed for my family of three. Upon checking in they did not have the room I booked. The room had a king bed, but no sofa bed. They gave us another one with two double beds instead - I had to use an air mattress (not ideal) I normally carry with me when we are out of town, just in case. Both my wife and I have sleep apnea which was the reason we needed the bed options I originally booked. Additionally the smoke alarm in the hotel went off after midnight and most of the guests were up and out of their rooms, but there was no apparent fire or smoke… That totally ruined our stay as we had to get up early and get going the next day. I don’t normally right reviews, but I feel strongly this time about giving you a feedback on our experience. Will think twice next time I book with Best Western. Quite honestly I think you owe me a refund!!

Very courteous and family run business. Everything is so clean and welcoming. I stayed there before I went to see my twin daughters at Cornell.

It is close to family

My family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Well the hotel was nice, but the website advertising a indoor pool which is why we chose the facility come to find out they had no pool and we were advised we could use the other hotel's pools. One facility was rude about telling us we could not use their pool and the other facility was also rude and said their pool was out for maintenance. So the website was deceiving in its amenities my kids were upset as was I who had to deal with two receptionist from other hotels attitude's. The Best Western in Oswego receptionist Josh was an absolute nice person in the area. Even though I felt no one knew who he was and kept insistimg i was dealing with a Justin even though I did ask him what his name was. All in all I will try to avoid that area if I need to come back.
