The website mentioned the property served breakfast however it does not. Front desk staff stated unfortunately that’s an error and needs to be taken off. The first day they had only 1 elevator working and by the end of the night both elevators were broken. I had a baby with stroller and had to walk up 5 flights of stairs to my room. Huge inconvenience.

The room was very clean, and the staff was truly top notch. Friendly and very accommodating. Will stay here every time I come to see my family. Have stayed in Syracuse area for several years with many of the more common hotels and always dirty, staff can be a mix of really bad to ok. This was a far better experience than any place I have stayed. Thank you for the great service.

The location was a little unexpected and the building was older than I hoped and having to go through an alley way to get to the parking lot caught me off guard. But the staff was fine and the room was more than adequate. The TV was a little smaller than I hoped and I couldn’t get all of the desired channels, but the overall experience was good. I was there for one night because my daughter was in nearby St. Joseph’s Hospital. If she or another family member had to go back again I wouldn’t hesitate to book a room there.

Ok the photos of the hotel were a little deceptive. Carpet could use some updating, the bed was the best part of my stay, very comfortable for me. I’m 6’1 and for me the location of the toilet was NOT good, it felt like a kids toilet, also WiFi was a little shaky being that I had to work a few days. The resolution was moving to another location in the room. The check in staff was oh hum, the check out staff was SUPER! I under-booked my stay and was not at the hotel during checkout , she was very accommodating.

This is perfect for adults, the room was spacious, the bed was so comfy ! They provide ice, water, coffee, tea. There are vending machines for any snacking fixes you may have during your stay. We enjoyed our night away from our kiddos! Other properties have construction going on right now so, there is a detour and equipment present on roads near the hotel. None of which made access to the hotel difficult by any means.

This is a great hotel to stay in and see a show at the Westcott Theater. XO Tacos is right across the street for food. Very comfortable size rooms and bathrooms. The lounge in the lobby area had coffee all day and is comfortable to sit in the lobby and relax or wait for a ride or friends/family coming in.

Good price Pleasant front desk staff Free parking Good size room Large bed Patrons in wheeel chairs or with limited mobility should enter at back entrance as a few steps are required at the front Two well stocked beverage and snack machines Ice machines and snack / beverage machines are located downstairs Modest sitting area in the lobby with complementary hot beverages provided Limit toiletries Not ideal for small children (exposed cable / tv cords) & sharp edges where the heating unit is separating from the wall

Nice older building. Largely well maintained, but a few notable exceptions like rusty light fixtures. Biggest complaint is terrible mattresses that resulted in poor night’s sleep for whole family
