ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! Came for a year anniversary with my wife and they created swans out of towels some treats bottle of wine, just great loving family staff. Shout out to Daniela!!!

A quaint hotel with a lobby that had a beautiful view of Mirror Lake with large floor to ceiling windows. It was within walking distance to Lake Placid. The staff was friendly and helpful when we presented a small issue with our shower, they sent some one to repair it right away. Breakfast was a plus with various hot and cold options. There were snacks available during the day in the lobby, with coffee and fresh cold drinks all day. There were board games, cards, etc… for couples or families to enjoy in the lobby as well as plenty of outdoor seating to see the lake up close. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping took care of our linens daily. We will definitely visit again.

Our check in and out were a breeze. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of foods, the coffee/tea station and lemonade cart were a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located and my kids loved the pool and hot tub. Thank you and we will be back!

Very nice facility. Right near the water, restaurants, and shops. A coach bus of kids where staying there at the same time and on the same floor. Never heard them inside the room.

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back! The free parking was appreciated, it’s right across from a great public beach & playground, and a great pub right next door. Also, I can’t say enough about the free breakfast - there was even a waffle-making station! My kids were thrilled and this made our stay super easy.

We love this hotel because its great for people traveling with kids. There is a beach right across the street, a playground next to that, and my daughters favorite is the bonfire with smores every night at 8pm. We go back for all of these things. It's a bit further from downtown, but we spend most of our time at the playground or the beach. Also it's next to the Lake Placid Brewery which is great for kids meals and pizza (and of course the beer).
