La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Batavia

On a road trip coming back from Chicago to Massachusetts I care about a few things in an overnight stop— safe area, clean smells, clean working shower with good pressure and easy flowing drain, clean bed and close to 90 Highway. Quinta in Batavia scores high on ALL of those things! All at a family friendly price point. I will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff was polite, breakfast was good, hotel was clean, the room was very spacious (2 queen suite), and the kids enjoyed the pool.

We visited Medina for the Polar Express and booked a night here so that the kids could swim. The pool and area was clean and neat. Our room was neat and clean as well. Staff was very friendly upon arrival and check out. We will definitely consider staying here again for a one night little getaway since it isn't too far from home.

Nice hotel, dark rooms, pool for the kids, decent breakfast and close to the grandparents and friends we were visiting.

We really liked this motel!! The room was gigantic, the bathroom had a really big counter, big enough for two, the shower was state of the art and a good flow, and the beds were very comfortable! We liked that the lobby practically had a store to buy items from (like ice cream, microwavable meals, snacks and sundries)---and we used it, we bought dinner and cooked it in our room---and we particularly liked that our room was near the lobby. Which I wouldn't have expected, but my elderly mother can't walk far, so we requested a room near the elevator. They gave us first floor and I was afraid that the noise would be bad, both from the lobby and the pool and gym nearby, but, except for a group of excited youngsters coming back from Batavia Downs one evening, it was totally quiet! I loved being near the "store" and near the ice and near the desk. Also, we could park our car right outside at the end of a short hallway, so it was quick to get into the car, too! All in all, just perfect for us. We will DEFINITELY come back to La Quinta! Good service, too, at the desk.

Came to visit my son who’s in college. And it was a great stay for my family!

It appears the managers live in or near the motel and even have their young children on site. They were more than polite and happy, which was made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. I hope corporate management doesn’t see this as a bad thing stop them doing this in the future - keep up the good work.

Easy checkin. Clean room. Pool for kids - all good

Short, but nice stay from 8/21-8/22. I didn’t know breakfast ended at 9am before going down to get some at 9:10. The area was clean and the breakfast ladies were very kind in assisting me as they were cleaning up. Although the hot breakfast was already picked up, all 3 ladies immediately asked me (and another family with children) what we wanted and they brought it out to us. They were so kind in doing so and we were all so appreciative. Thank you, breakfast ladies😊
