Staff at office was very friendly. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to leave a day early and lost our 200 for one night stay.wish we could get a credit for this.

It's a family friendly place and has lots of stuff for children to play. Had a good time.

This property was advertised as a quiet place to stay next to Whiteface Mtn., to go fishing etc. My husband and I spent one night there and the room and bed were very comfortable. However, we went to lay out in the sun and enjoy the pool Sat afternoon and were the only one’s there - for five mom’s until an entire group of “parents” and toddlers took over. Two people had their 3 & 4 yr old girls completely naked in the pool and running around. Fine, do that in your own back yard. Totally inappropriate and uncomfortable. I got splashed from the 1 child (which was not a big deal at all, it was hot and I would’ve liked to be in the water), so I sighed and wiped the splash off my legs, and the “mother” sitting in front of me, (while not looking at me) says “if you don’t want don’t want to get splashed then move farther away”. This experience was disgusting as we could not even relax near the pool and it was taken over by a group of ignorant people. We wanted to stay one day/night and relax, but couldn’t even do that.

We would definitely stay here again. Budget friendly and staff was super helpful and nice. Rooms were clean but some things dated and could use some minor repairs. Location to Whiteface was excellent and there was an awesome view of the mountain right out the back window! Beds were extremely soft! Too much so for my husband but the kids and I didn't mind.
