Had a great time. Just don’t understand after paying almost $300 a night you pay $30 to $48 to go in the swimming part. Especially when you have 4 kids. Unreal

Really is an easy and quick get-a-way for families with a variety of active things to do. Dinner offerings and service at Carvers was an added plus!

More of a party scene where young adults are shotgunning beer in the lobby, teens run through the halls banging on doors late at night, and drunken conversations and cackling happen late into the night. While the hotel should technically be family friendly with all the amenities they offer for families, it's not a place to rest or relax at night. The kids got so stressed that we left a night early. The beds are also very scratchy and hard, and many things in the rooms are broken or worn out. Won't be going back.

The room was large with a full kitchen and dining table. Enjoyed having the water park available for the kids, along with the Edgewater cafe. Charter’s was nice and when it was closed I bought a delicious panini in the gift shop area. Location was an easy drive to the places I needed to go. The only negative to mention is that the carpeted area of the room was stained and frayed and needed to be replaced.

Everything in this hotel was amazing. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. My family loved it. The restaurants have amazing food. We are definitely going to return.

3 kids and 2 adults. Stayed for a night and really enjoyed it. The water park portion was a little smaller than expected, but great for three youngsters. Room was comfortable and offered all the things we needed. Even Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. We would stay again if in the area.

Amazing stay over winter break with kids and grandkids. Waterpark and pools were great. Not small but not so large either. We plan on returning this summer.

Very scenic and relaxing. Good value for the price of suites for a large family. Not much to do in the summer. Ropes course, mountain coaster and water park. Not much else. But really beautiful outdoors.

Very clean and spacious rooms with separate bedrooms. Perfect for families. On site hiking trails, a beach with swimming, and restaurant. Starbucks coffee shop also in the lobby. Did not use the indoor waterpark this stay. Only negative is that one of the appeals of the rooms is a balcony which apparently were all closed for repairs (although no repairs were being done on any of them).
