The hotel was very close to popular eateries and the Walmart, nice mini golf right next door Perfect spot when visiting kids at college

The pool water was a disgusting green color and smelled. The coffee machines were broke at breakfast, along with no food options besides pre-bagged bagels and muffins. Cream cheese & butter were left out not chilled. No eggs, waffles or anything else. Staff was rude and yelled at me as soon as we came in after dinner telling me my kids better not be noisy and running. They were with their dad always supervised taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Staff does not like kids, there were very few guests yet we were booked right next to a room with other children and a crying baby.

Employee knocked on our door at 8pm and spoke to us rudely about my kids being loud when they were all laying down watching a movie…wrong room! Pool was cold. Air vent in the bathroom sounded like an exorcist going on with how loud the wind was ripping through. Made for a poor night of sleep. Place was clean & looks nice. But likely won’t look to stay here again.

Arrived a midnight with 2 toddlers. The room was filled with someone else’s hair. On the bedsheets. In the shower. Everywhere. Pretty gross and unfortunately didn’t have the time to complain to the staff (not that anything could have been done at midnight). Luckily i had spare bedding in the car which saved us.

It was a great stay the staff was polite and kind. My children had a great time just being able to use the pool everyday. My son said he hopes we can go back. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great relaxing get away!

We had to move rooms. Many rooms available so instead of putting family with rowdy kids past 10 pm away from others they were put right above us. Ugh!!! The sheets had way too much bleach in them
