Very family friendly as well as pet friendly. All of the staff members were kind and helpful, and sweet to our pups and kiddos. Facility was very clean, and we felt safe and comfortable there. Pool and fitness center were very nice. Loved the coffee, tea and cocoa access all day. Will stay again when we return to the area.

Moriah the woman who checked us in and welcomed us was amazing. The candy and cookies at the front desk were a big hit with my kids. Moriah asked if we had a preference on which floor we would like or if we wanted a room near the pool. The kids were so excited to be able to choose and of course wanted the top floor. She also let us know we could log in to our Netflix account if we wanted. Moriah then texted me when we got to our room to check and see if the room was ok and to see if I needed anything! Excellent customer service!
