Hampton Inn Clifton Park

Never have i ever stayed at a Hampton Inn like this. The pool seemed busy with lots of kids so we waited until 9pm an hour before closing figuring it would be less busy but locals had taken over the pool with a Bluetooth speaker blasting music, the pool had about 20 people hitting 2 beach balls back and forth from the shallow end to the deep end and occationally it flew out and went in the hot tub. The hot tub was GROSS!!! Even though there was so much bleach in the hot tub my suit was bleached when i got home. The water was grey and kids were jumping in and out. There were several kids who were having a screeming contest because the pool area echoed and parents didnt care. When we mentioned this to one desk person they acted shocked even though you can see the pool and hear the music from the lobby. The desk person the next morning told us "It Happens". While ive seen it at budhet hotels...Not Hampton Inn. All night long doors slaming. It was THE WORST HAMPTON INN!!!!

It’s cleanliness was important to us . It is very conveniently located close to family in the area whom we are visiting.

Came for the Easter weekend with my family and had a great time. They have very friendly staff and they hotel smelled and looked very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

From my experience, Hampton hotels always clean, have hot breakfast buffet, swimming pool with warm water and decently comfortable beds. Hampton never disappointed before that’s why I chose it instead of other hotels for our recent trip. I was traveling by myself with my 3 kids (8, 5 and 2 years old). We arrived at hotel around 7.30pm and kids supposed to go bed by 8pm. When we arrived, the hotel internet was down and hotel representative couldn’t check us in. The representative was very calm and nice despite the situation that he was dealing with. We were promised that internet can be fixed any minute. After one hour of waiting, kids were really tired, it was already way pass their bedtime. All this time I was trying to do online check in through Hilton app and it was not successful, probably because internet in hotel was down. The representative was able to find a room for us and we get there at 10.30pm, 3 hours later after we arrived at hotel. I had to wake up my kids at 5.30am next morning to get to our destination on time. Next day, it was a nightmare for me too, I was dealing with 3 little kids who didn’t sleep enough because of such late check-in.

Clean. Easy check-in. Breakfast was included and many options. Perfect for our family's quick stop.

This is our number 1 hotel to stay at when we travel to see doctors, friends and even family. Staff is wonderful and they will bend over backwards to satisfy anyone.

We got charged for an emotional support dog. Also at 8 pm there were at least 10 children running up and down our halls playing ball and banging into our door. Called front desk they didn’t do anything. Children should not be running in halls ylelling playing ball and causing unsafe conditions in hallway for other guests. I would love a refund

Staff was incredibly accommodating to my family. Helped make everything very comfortable during our stay.

Had 3 rooms for an overnight stay with family, Room 206 A/C wasn't working as good as the other two rooms. Room 208, no issues. Why they gave me room 216 is beyond me?? its a handicap accessible room, it wasn't requested, and the shower was kinda small because it had chair inside it. I have been coming to this property for years to visit Saratoga, I didn't make an issue about any of the above items because we only showered and slept for the night, we don't make little things effect our trip. But maybe next year is a time for a change. IDK. Btw, hotel very convenient location & cheaper than Saratoga springs hotels, sufficient parking and shopping close by for any incidentals needed.

Large groups of youth were also staying here. All athletes and families. Yet it was quiet, breakfast ran smoothly. Very pleased with cleanliness of room and quality of mattress.
