Very nice stay. My one child had a sporting event near the hotel . Everyone was really nice .

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Only complaint was younk kids pounding next to us 7 am for friends to get up. Think they were on bus prob college kids

Every staff member we met on our stay was so friendly. Especially Joe! They were welcoming and accommodating to our kids. Upon check in our kids were given cookies and a pack of hot chocolate at breakfast for later. The common area was a nice place to visit with other guests we were traveling with. The breakfast was very good and convenient. The pool was a hit! We will definitely keep this location in mind for future trips.

Fantastic hotel and friendly staff! I'm pretty picky traveling with a toddler about cleanliness and found some review complaining about the carpets being dirty, or a spot on a single chair - but, carpets were clean, everything was clean! Super clean bathroom/bedroom, swimming pool area, dining room - zero complaints. Maybe the other guest had stayed on a rainy or muddy day? Anyway, we'll definitely stay again, thanks!

The customer servive was amazing! We asked for a Last minute early check in and theybwere able to accommodate me amd my family. Clean rooms with hard working staff!

The property was very nice. Having an ADA room was very good. I felt very secure using the bath/shower. There was normal wear and tear in the room. A stain on the ottomon, slightly loose plug outlets. I understand the conservation of having the mini refrigerator off but it would have been nice if it had been activated prior to check in. Being mobility challenged having more handicapped parking would be a plus. And having the ADA room at the end of the hallway was a little more tiresome to reach while using a walker. But in contrast it also allows for a quieter area. The check in staff was very pleasant and helpful. The complimentary snacks and fresh fruit infused water was a very nice welcome. The breakfast offered many choices and was very tasty. Bread, meat, eggs (both standard and egg whites), juices, fruits, coffee, pastries allowed a very nice assortment for varying dietary needs. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. There is a restaurant adjacent to the facility and there are many shopping and eating options available within a mile or two radius.

When we booked, and paid in March we requested with both Expedia and the hotel, for adjoining rooms. We wanted to have an adults room and a childrens room. Not only was this requested twice, we also called three days before arrival to confirm that we would indeed have adjoining rooms. We got there at 3 p.m. and there was no one on the front desk for 6 minutes. I just stood there, phones ringing, line forming. When he did come, he explained that there were no adjoining rooms available. The hotel had four, but all were one room being used. He said that he had seen our request, but that the hotels policy was that they didn't save them or guarantee them. I tried to explain that we were not told this- or we would NOT have stayed here. What is the sense of having the rooms available if you can't book them? And they make a habit of renting out one of them? At my obvious displeasure, he kept running (left me standing there three times while he went to check) which rooms were cleaned, that were next to each other. He then said "I know you are upset, come find me tomorrow and we'll have a conversation". (he was no where around the next day, nor did he search me out). Not having adjoining rooms meant the adults had to sleep with the children, and both rooms were quiet by 8 p.m.. Not ideal. Went to get and extra blanket and were told there wasn't one clean in the hotel. The breakfast person, was extremely rude. Other than this- no complaints. Clean.

Beds too firm, rowing kids too loud especially before 7am. Desk person tried to wrangle them. Cleanliness good

Great value! We were visiting family & just needed a place to sleep. Our accommodations were perfect for the three of us.

Check in was at 3pm...my family couldn't check in until 3:45 not having a room ready. We had an event to get ready for that night and the delay in check in was unacceptable!!
