Checked out a few hotels before deciding on Best Western. It’s a family run hotel with a very friendly staff including Dawn who checked me in. I got there before 3 and was able check in early since my room was ready. The free on-site parking is a bonus IMO since other hotels with higher rates charge additional fees for it or you would have to pay for offsite parking across the street. The free breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices from quick on the go yogurt options to eggs, potatoes, and sausages. The make your own waffle station is a nice touch. If you miss it don’t worry. There’s a Tim Hortons across the street as well as other dining options within walking distance. Had a chance to meet the GM Troy and could quickly tell he cares about his guests and their input.

Friendly staff makes you feel like family. Great all round experience for my first time travelling to America. The Manager goes above and beyond to help with directions and Restaurant recommendations. I will be back!

This place is terrible!! I booked a room for a family weekend getaway, 2 adults and 2 kids. When we showed up they tried to put us in a smoking room, on a smoking floor! Who still has smoking rooms?? I a specifically booked a non smoking room! They offered no assistance saying they were overbooked. I canceled the booking and made other arrangement s after taking a look at the room they were going to give us. The entire floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the room was run down. The next morning I got an alert from my credit card company that they billed me for the stay as I had checked in and stayed the weekend.This place is a dump that employs untrustworthy, unhelpful people. Avoid this trash pit at all costs.

Comfortable beds clean room very friendly staff and a good breakfast also the kids really liked Simba .She's a special guest at the hotel :)
