Very disappointing stay. Firstly the hotel rooms are relatively basic, and have a cheap finish, especially when you consider the nightly rate. This is where the disappointment began. Secondly, I was not aware, but this hotel has a nightclub in the basement. The few nights I stayed there, they had people queing round the block to get in to the nightclub. You could hear the music so loud in the hotel bedrooms, that the glass was shaking in the room. Lastly, the other guests. This hotel seems to cater for younger "party" travellers. Expect a bunch of kids roaming the corridors drunk, making a noise, cheering, and banging on doors in the middle of the night because they're locked out. Total disaster if you actually want a hotel for sleep. Avoid!

Even when is a beautiful hotel. Isn’t family friendly and they limited the pool hours (only from 9-12md) for under 21. Also, I booked this hotel because We wanted to do a few wedding pictures around the hotel and they want to charge us $500 fee for a professional photos permit. They should put that somewhere in their website.

This was one of the worst 5 star hotel experiences I have ever had. The communal areas look nice enough but the rooms are tired and filthy. Lack a wardrobe, yet no floor space to live out of your suitcase. The worse thing though by far is the staff and management. They simply don’t care. I had multiple issues with my room and was denied the room I paid for. I was also denied the free upgrade I was entitled to. First they told me they had no availability but when I proved this not to be true by showing them online what’s available they decided to change the story to “suites are not included in the free upgrade policy”. This is an absolute lie and has no mention of this in any of the VIP members benefits on hotels.com website. Plus I’ve been to many other hotels where they do include suites. Unfortunately hotels.com were not at all helpful in the matter either and has made me seriously question the point in being a loyal customer if they don’t stick up for their Gold rewards customers when it’s needed. The hotel management were simply non existent and truly did not care - left it in the hands of their more junior staff to be their messengers and hid behind their back office walls.

The hotel is very attractive. Everything looks great, from the very cool decorating and exposed brick to the glassed in shower and large open bar/restaurant area. Unfortunately, appearances are deceiving. The rooms are so small that you can barely find a space to open your suitcase. There is no privacy while in the shower and the bar is hopping until 4 am. The hallway was filled with screaming, drunk people and we were woken up several times. I felt like I was back in college. Not a great choice for adults or families.
