We had to come to Brooklyn for a death in the family and stayed at the William Vale. The staff has been wonderful and empathetic. Very efficient and polite. The room was wonderful and comfortable. I can’t say enough about our stay here except under these sad circumstances the people we met with in the Hotel were the best.

The staff was very accommodating to myself as well as my mini schnauzer . The bed for the for my fur family member was perfect. The quality was very good. I enjoyed my bed as well. The staff went out their way to ensure I have a memorable stay.

Amazing views from the spacious balcony. The pool was great and easy to reserve, even for our family of four on hot summer days. Will definitely stay here again!

Short stay to see our grandchildren but we will be back. Very helpful, friendly staff. Has a vibe, hipness to it. Great lounge and pool area. Views of Brooklyn and Manhattan are terrific both from the rooms and rooftop deck. Lots of food options at and near the hotel

Overall a great family stay. For kids that go to bed early the outdoor roof parties were a bit loud even from our room on a top floor.
