Love the fact that my room was squeaky clean. I always value cleanliness as I have two kids. Totally child friendly

No water pressure and the room is aged. There where stains on the floor that was discolored. The shower door wouldn’t shut. The shower water would only stay really hot or really cold. The bathroom needs to have some type of lock especially when you have you family with you.

It was very nice. Only thing we missed was breakfast. I traveled with little and no vehicle of my own so it was hard to feed them. We had steak at the steak house one night which was amazing but hard to feed steak to kids all the time.

The room was clean housekeeping did a great job. But the noise level was way above acceptable- could hear baby crying, tv and conversations going on in other rooms and hall. Lacks insulation and modern noise canceling enhancements. Asked for and paid for accessible room but given a 4th floor room at end of hall from elevator. Room did have grab bars in tub and a very low bench that sat on tub - but low bench made it unusable for most handicapped. Toilet was also very low only half way up lower leg; very hard to get up from unless you are a child or very short person. Not handicapped! This was not an accessible room. Staff does not know location of rooms told only 2 doors down hall on right from elevator. Will not return to this hotel -selected because offered accessible room, but no refrigerator or microwave or breakfast, plus reasons above. Could have had a better room with breakfast and all accessible for same price at another property.

This was a nice and clean hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and nice. Okay for families in the off-season as it wasn't busy and it's within driving distance to several places to eat, and well priced (if you are visiting El Paso and family as we were). I absolutely understand off-season things that happen and I get changes that have happened because of the lasting effects of Covid, but I would really like hotels to post clearly changes like, the restaurant/bar that was listed on the website is/was closed. My parents are elderly and my father is dealing with cancer treatment and its effects. When I'm traveling with them the closer and easier getting last-minute meals or other amenities that I'm counting on is very important. The hotel staff were great and helped us make sure my father's needs like a walk-in shower and chair were made easily available to us. Thank you staff!
