We stayed one night at this hotel while driving cross country. We were greeted by Lucas at the front desk, who was so friendly and welcoming. He made us feel right at home. The hotel is stunning, and the bar/restaurant downstairs was bumping despite it being after 10:30pm. There was a great atmosphere. He informed us that we had been upgraded to a junior suite and we also had a $30 credit we could use for dining. This was thrilling for us, as we had just driven over 11 hours to get here and we're starving. Our room was absolutely beautiful, on the 14th floor. It was clean overall, except the toilet had many obvious hairs inside and the bathroom floors looked stained. I think this was because of the stone and wear overtime, more than it was about not having been cleaned. We ordered in room dining, and absolutely loved the carnitas plate. It was huge and easily could have been shared by us both, but my husband ordered the burger, which he really enjoyed as well. We had a great night's sleep and really enjoyed the views our the 3 windows in the room that morning. We door dashed breakfast, and a staffer brought it up to us so we didn't have to leave our room. When we checked out, the front desk girls were very kind, and 2 different Valets helped me with my bags. We did the self-parking in the garage, and aside from it not being attached to the hotel, it was no problem. Every person we met during our short stay was wonderfully professional and should be praised by their management

Their system was down, couldn't get room keys. Had to be escorted to the room anytime we wanted back in. Music blasted loud all night. Beautiful hotel but was not a good experience for the family.

From the moment we stepped onto the property we felt like we were with family. We were there for a week and no matter who we interreacted with, everyone was very helpful. The bar staff, even shorthanded, did their best. Dennis, front desk manager, was exception and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We will definitely stay at The Plaza the next time we are in El Paso

Expedia says parking is $30 a night, got there at 1a after 14hrs driving for them to tell me to park in the public lot 4 blocks away, or pay $100 on top of my room. Walking 4 blocks in the middle of the night with two infants is ridiculous. Ended up going to a different hotel

The Plaza Hotel was beautiful. The service from the door-man all the way through housekeeping and restaurant was exceptional. The rooms were spacious with everything you would need. The beds were dreamy. The only thing negative I would say is that we heard the base of the music in the lounge until 2am. We were on the 4th floor, room 409. I stay up late, so it wasn't too much of a bother until I tried to sleep after midnight. But once the music stopped I slept like a baby. I would definitely stay here again. It was so convenient to the Plaza Theatre, another plus!

Great services, very clean room with comfortable beds. We stayed during the holidays as a stop over for a long family road trip. We had a small dog and the hotel was pet friendly and even had doggy treats at the front desk. Excellent experience

The noise level from adjacent club was super problematic. The hotel staff insists that there is nothing that they can do about it since it's an unrelated entity. My perspective is that being informed that your room is going to be vibrating and disturbingly loud until 2am is something that the hotel staff could do at check-in. There is no hotel phone in the room, as if to create an extra barrier for asking about the noise, so I was going out to the hallway in my PJs at 1am desperate to know when the noise would end. We had other issues with the hotel staff. We received conflicting information about the hours of food service and when kids were allowed in the rooftop lounge. Beautiful hotel, but in the end, our stay was tainted by these other factors.
