Everything in the property was great! The pool outside was also good for my children, the rooms were clean, cool & bed were very comfortable. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t available at 6am like it stated, we left at 6:30am and still no breakfast put out.

This time around I booked two rooms, one for me the other for my son and his family, I asked for a jointing room, but was assured we would be on same floor . When checking in I was put on different room, I told them we were to be on same floor, he ignored my complaint and just kept on stating what time was breakfast in morning, no attempt to work out my problem, Iam disabled, that why I needed my son near by to help me as needed. In the last two years I have stayed at this holiday in several times and have booked other stays in other holiday express, I will never stay at this one anymore, Iam think on changing my stays to Hilton properties from here on out.
