Comfort Suites El Paso West

Had a great stay with my kids!

This hotel was clean and staff was very nice. Breakfast was great and there were a lot of families here so it was a great hotel for families.

We are returning guests! We like this hotel for its convenient location. We travel with our young children and they love the indoor pool. Breakfast is plentiful. We will be back again.

I had just had surgery and we chose to stay in El Paso instead of going home. Your hotel was on the way home. It was nice and comfortable and an added bonus was the view of the mountains out our window. I slept like a baby that night.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly. I enjoyed the stay and had a great time with family. My grandkids really enjoyed the indoor pool in December!

The check in was fast and easy. The guy at the counter seemed ambivalent about working. The last Comfort Suites we stayed at had a friendly helpful desk clerk. I got soaked by the refrigerator. It was off and defrosted. When I opened it the water spilled out and into me. The pool was green and the hot tub not too hot. Further one of the guests at the hot tub had a speaker going blasting music while drinking beer and rubbing up on his girlfriend (the pool was full of kids and don’t need to see all that). That is not the property’s fault but the clerk could hear the music and should have stepped up. I travel a lot for work and vacation. This was more representative of a Comfort inn stay than my last hotel. The Carlsbad location was 100x better than El Paso.

It was a good stay, but I would suggest they watch the pool area more. the bathroom in the pool area was disgusting with pee and blood on the rim of the toilet seat. The pool was a green yellow and a lot of kids that weren't being supervise

Hotel was clean, shower water was nice and hot, beds were extra comfy, and the pool was clean! Really great stay for the family, especially the indoor pool.
