Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott El Paso

Do not book here! I prepaid four rooms three weeks in advance. Upon arriving in the evening with my family including 6 adults and three grandchildren, they informed me that they only had one room and they were otherwise full. I showed them my booking receipt. They offered no resolution. I asked to talk to the manager and was told to call in the morning. Fairfield/Marriott left my family stranded 300 miles from home - including young children!

I needed a place to crash while visiting my brother and his family in El Paso. This hotel is near his house and the price was right. Delightful home away from home.

Everything was great from easy check in, a change of rooms to have enough beds for our family, and awesome customer service. The only improvement is to have hot cocoa with the coffee and the pool water a warmer temperature. Other than that is perfect!

Rooms were spacious and clean and cool on these hot days. My children, husband and I had a wonderful stay!

They upgrade my room due over booking of the type of rooms I had ordered. Was a good deal! For me and my family stay. Great breakfast friendly staff!

Wow, I pulled into El Paso with 30,000 others for the La Fiesta de las Flores having made the choice to go on vacation at a time when I was a little low on resources. I assumed it was going to be a very frugal trip, but I was so excited for the fiesta that I was prepared to make that sacrifice. Thanks to the City of El Paso, and especially the Marriott, I didn’t sacrifice a thing! Besides the festival, I found so many free events and activities in the city that I was able to fill my days taking in the rich, unique culture of El Paso for basically nothing! The Marriott also provided a breakfast included with my family’s room, which was a small miracle when you have kids with you. I soon found myself extending my stay another night, because I had the funds, and I saw how much enjoyment this trip was bringing to my family, so I thought why not. After all, the memories of the trip that my children will now be able to carry into their adult lives will outlast any memories I have of the sacrifices I have made for them, and with the help of El Paso, and especially the Marriott, those sacrifices were small. And the rooms are nice too! We will definitely be coming back next year, so I can see that look in my children’s eyes once again. Thanks for the Memories Marriott!
