We always loved Drury because they didn’t penalize you for having dogs, but we will rethink staying here ever again as their pet fees are through the roof, $70/ per night for our two (4 lb) Pups. I’m not sure how you make this fair for all, but they’d ridiculous as our Pups are well trained. Sleep in the crates and don’t damage the property in any way. People damage the property far worst than dogs. I’m a Landlord and I can promise you People are harder on things then pets. It’s an extra fee for not much reason. The staff was great and regretful that they needed to charge us this ridiculous fee once they saw our sweet babies. Also, you don’t see the fee when booking online so it’s a shocker when you get there to find $70/ night and we stayed two days. Food needs an upgrade as you’re serving really cheap food. Many people bringing in food because it’s so bad. We’re fat enough Drury Inn, serve more healthy and higher quality food, please. We booked a suite with styrofoam cups for coffee. Really. You can’t put true coffee mugs in the rooms??? The Quality has definitely gone down from the 25+ years ago when we discovered your amazing concept and Hotel. Get back to quality and make people choose you again because you go beyond the current service you’re offering. Give some respect f the revenue back to the customers please.

This was our first day at a Drury Inn & Suites. We quite enjoyed having breakfast and the the dinner covered under the cost of the hotel stay. With a family of five going out to eat can be costly. Also the pool area was very well kept along with the dining area. Would definitely recommend and we'll stay again.

The staff were amazingly accommodating, and we loved that we did not have to load the kids and leave the property in order to get dinner after a day of travelling. wonderful amenities! Thanks, Drury for a great experience!

Have stayed in 60+ hotels the last couple of years and this was by far the best. From the friendly welcome and by all the staff til we left it was exceptional. They go beyond to make it as comfortable as possible for you. Would highly recommend staying here. Wish were were able to stay longer. What a fantastic family owned chain.

Upon entering our hotel room it smelt awful. It was very outdated. And I have never been to a hotel that was so packed. There’s only two elevators in this huge hotel which made each elevator ride like 10 minutes long. the entire place felt very dirty and smelt awful. We went to the pool with our 3 young kids and there were about 30 kids in this tiny pool and most of them were big kids shoving each other in and almost getting injured. The pool water was mercy and definitely not clean. Don’t think we will be coming back.
