Other then the kids that were running around in the room above us all night the stay waa great

Check in was quick. Plenty of sanitizing stations. However, the first room we had was not completely fixed so we switched rooms that took a few minutes. We liked the seating area at breakfast. Breakfast is great, but it was the same stuff served for the weekend. We were hoping to spend some time at the pool and found that it was closed. The exercise room had no bottle refill station that worked or had water. The rooms are nice, the one we stayed in had ADA compliant bathroom with conjoined room access. Also next to the elevator. This is a newer hotel but can see some repairs already need to be made with carelessness. Our room service was great. Only thing was the hotel staff would not give more towels to us even though we were staying two nights. We got pool towels instead. We picked this location to be close to family. So it is a few minutes drive back into town, tons of places to go here.

We selected the suite option from Expedia. When we arrived, it was only 2 queen beds. We informed front desk this was not what we requested. They stated Expedia has made errors showing images not were incorrect. They did make accomodations the next night for us into a suite, but I had to sleep on floor the 1st night to allow our kids the beds. The front desk guy was also not very welcoming.

Great service, very friendly staff. Rooms were very nice! Free breakfast was excellent as well. Will stay here again. Very reasonable rates, family friendly.
