Room was very roomy and loved having the kitchen area available while we had our toddler with us. Our stay was good but I would say the hotel looks pretty outdated. If you’re looking for something more modern, this is not it. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy looking as well. I honestly did not feel too safe with all of my belongings in my car from our move but thankfully nothing was taken.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Huge room with full kitchen. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast was probably the best I have ever had! Delicious food with lots of options. Highly recommend staying here.

We booked a room that had a sofa bed and our room had an entirely separate lovong room with a full kitchen! Pool was open until 10pm, so kids got to swim, and the breakfast the next morning was the best free breakfast I have ever experienced! What a gem!

We arrived to the hotel and we opened the door to our room and it was dirty with trash everywhere dirty,linens, and after driving over 14 hours we were livid. We called the front desk and the lady sounded annoyed and said she would come up and never did so we picked up our kids and left to the Springhill around the corner. Never again. Terrible!

There was good and bad. First the good: beds are very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The bad: service & temperature. One of our kids always sleeps on the floor when we travel. We had 4 in room but still she is on the floor. The desk refused to give us any linens for her because ‘it’s a fire hazard’ which is ridiculous. Second the AC… the bed near the unit blocked all air flow, so that bed was extremely cold all night and the other was super hot all night.

Everything about our stay was fine, but my kids were disappointed to discover the pool was closed when we arrived and did not open. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew the pool was closed.

Other than the family on the floor above my room that allowed their children to run from one end of the room to the other for what felt like forever, the hotel was perfect for my stay.
