Checkin was great. We always enjoy the newest displays for veterans here. We had an accommodated room this time and it was spacious. The layout was a little awkward with the sleeper sofa on the opposite side with the tv ajacent to it. But otherwise it was a nice overnight stay. We had family to see. The area was quiet. You can hear the train going through. Most of the area of the parking lot is well lit. This location is our favorite for breakfast. Even though it was almost 9, there was more food brought out when more of us showed up. At first we were told no more food will be served, so it was great that we didn't have to go out and eat. Our room was missing some coffee cups but it somehow worked out that we just decided to have some downstairs. Loved the tea options as well. Also the shower chair worked out great for us. However, for an accommodation room the beds should be lower for safety. Like I said it worked out for us though.

It was sufficient for a quick stay after a long drive with kids and dogs. Room was clean. Hallway was not. Breakfast had decent options. Hotel workers were very friendly.

We have stayed here multiple times. My kids love the military veterans display in the lobby. The rooms and bathrooms are beginning to show wear and in need of updating. Staff is always friendly and breakfast is good.

Needs updated photos of room. I booked room with two king size beds and they were actually full size. Room was big for my family and I. Room was very clean and comfortable. Besides the beds, it was an awesome stay.

When we got to the room it was still dirty and we had to go back downstairs and ask for a clean room so they set us up to another room this one was clean BUT the couch that suppose to turn into a BED was BROKEN and we couldn't use it. Complain about it but they couldn't do nothing about it . My kids didn't had a bed to sleep on. So we had to sleep like 3 people on both bed.

We picked this hotel based on reviews and because it was the only hotel in the area that had their pool open. The two young kids at the front desk looked bored and didn't want to be bothered. The decor was great. We get on the elevator and it smelled like rotten apple juice according to my son. There was mold around the bottom of the elevator. There was trash on the floors and it could definitely use a good carpet cleaning. We get to our room which was surprisingly clean and comfortable. Then we started sneezing and getting red and watery eyes. There was mold in the shower. We decide to head to the pool. We have to be let in by the front desk staff because there is a limit. There was a family of 8 that took up the whole area. There was a dirty diaper on the floor, no towels and black foam coming out of hot tub. This was the smallest pool and dirtiest hot tub we've been to. We then are greeted by a knock at 9 am to see if we had checked out. Unnecessary. Breakfast was great and the Native American woman there made the experience wonderful. She was amzing and attentive. She even shared a picture of her 105 year old father who served in the military. You can tell she loved her job. We should of stayed at the other hotels in the area and do without a pool. This place needs to be thoroughly cleaned and have people at the front desk who are ready to serve. Never again!!!
