Best Western Gallup West

Very nice! Fast and easy check in/out! Staff was very friendly and helpful! The lady who handled the breakfast buffet herself, was very outgoing! Huge thank you to her for helping our kids make their waffles and being very kind to them! Property was clean!

The staff at the check in counter was nice. There’s no carts to help bring in your luggage. So traveling with 2 small kids and a pack n play made it hard to bring everything in. We were in the far side of the building with no other entrance close to us to bring stuff in. The “breakfast” they offered was just sad. A few small muffins, cereal, and toast. Not exactly what you expect when you think of breakfast. Especially with having kids. Some eggs or something else would have been nice.

I was able to sleep like a baby

We were headed across the country for a family emergency and it was a quick overnight stay. We were in a hurry to checkout to get on the road and left a bag in the room. The hotel staff contacted us within an hour to let us know, by that time we were already to far away to turn around and come back. The hotel kept the bag until we came back through and we are so thankful that they did that and everything was present. Trustworthy, clean, kind and a comfortable stay despite our current family emergency. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Hotel was better than we expected, service was the best. From the time we checked in the the time we checked out, my family definitely enjoyed having good breakfast provided by “Cee-Cee” she was helpful and nice. Thank you all at Best western

Young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. Easy parking and access to the building. The mattress was amazing!!! I’m curious what kind it is because I need to buy a new one for my home. Also, pet friendly which helped me as I move my family across the country to a new state.

We were put in a connecting room with a family with small children. They were crying and screaming all night and the management did nothing! We had no sleep. Breakfast was great!

Pool & breakfast good for kids & quick overnight stay

The property felt like a family business more than corporate. The staff was very friendly and genuine in their interactions with us.
