Hotel Artesia

We have grandkids in Artesia and always stay here when we come to visit. It's always been a very pleasant experience. This was the first time they didn't clean the room for a multiple day stay. Not really a problem but would have liked to know ahead of time, just would have liked the coffee supplies refilled at least. I know they are undergoing new ownership. We also got a free bottle of water upon check in. I paid $1 for each bottle when asked for one. Again, not a big deal. They were on the breakfast spread so I took extra (free) the next morning. But these little things make a big difference between a "good" stay and an "excellent" stay. We will be back several times this summer for baseball games. If it's the same service and these things haven't changed, you will get an "average" for the stay. I gave you a pass this time.
