Overall the stay was pretty good. The only complaint that I have is that the pool and hot were very dirty the entire stay. There was mold in the hot tub. The water was very dirty in both. I would see someone supposedly cleaning it, but it never looked clean. It was disappointing because my kids and I were really looking forward to the indoor pool and hot tub. However, there was no way that we were getting in that.

We stayed here so that our kids could go to the pool. The hot tub/spa was something they also enjoyed. The breakfast area was clean and stocked. In our room the bathtub drain did not drain. (My husband was able to jiggle it so that it worked.) The refrigerator froze the yogurt and fruit cup we put in it. After a 15-second and a 20-second use of the microwave, it stopped working.

The staff were very friendly. The area and pet area perfect for our needs. Easy checkin. Nice selection of food for breakfast but please discontinue offering the “omelet”. It is inedible and discredits the other offerings. If not set up to prepare food don’t offer inferior options. The room was clean tho sparse (maybe because a pet room?). The attention to detail from maintenance (painting at ceiling em 321) was poor. A/C worked well. Quiet atmosphere. Pool and hot tub area is indoors and therefore unappealing for us. Maybe ok for kids. The number one downfall was the HARD bed. Relaxing beds are a personal preference this was one we could not have sleep in more than one night. Again great staff, nice pet area, close to dining options (tho chain restaurants). Sufficed for our quick in and out but that is it.

We stayed 3 nights. April 5th - 8th, 2023. It was clean, reasonable quiet, and safe. This location also has an elevator. I was comfortable staying there with my grandmother and 2 small children. The front desk staff was all very nice. The pool & hot tub area were also clean. Our room had linoleum/vinyl/laminate floors instead of carpet, which was really nice! From what I saw looking in from the door window, the fitness room only had one treadmill and one elliptical, but otherwise, it was ok. The parking lot is a little small but easy to access and navigate. The location is walking distance to an Applebee's. There were no questionable characters hanging around outside, in the area, or on the premises while we were there.

Came to Albuquerque for a family trip, this hotel is very old and NEEDS several updates. We were located on first floor where we could hear everyone passing by, the water faucet in sink was soo loud when using, we could hear the upstairs guest taking a shower. The hot tub was ice cold, breakfast is a joke, they require for you to go to front desk to ask for eggs..I do not recommend.

Beds were really comfortable, friendly front desk, kids appreciated the pool and hot tub after a long day of driving, would definitely stay here again if ever in Albuquerque.
