Hampton Inn & Suites Vineland

The staff were very accommodating to our family needs, our mom needed a smaller room with handicap accessibility. We were all on the same floor. Changed her room and accommodated our every need. Marcel and the daytime lady at registration were awesome. The morning breakfast crew, friendly and awesome. My choice next time I’m in area and the second time my sister has stayed there. Plus with eating options just 2 hotels over, perfect.

Did like kid knocking on doors Issue was addressed Other than that everything else ws good.

We were there on familyy business but, overall we were near the hospital and able to access food, shopping and other references of interest. All of the staff were courteous and very helpful when asked questions. I mentioned to the front desk assistant that I needed pen and note pads to leave the housekeeping staff a thank you message with their tip. I ended up writing a note on a napkin that I had which didn;t seem appropriate. That was my only issue. We ate on our las day breakfast, it was okay. The egg/cheese omlette was fine and the sausages okay. Needed more meat choices and maybe scrambled eggs separate without cheese. Mini muffins were super fresh as well as the juices. Overall we will have to return several more times due to the family issue and we will stay there again. Hopefully get the same room each time.

i liked how clean the Hampton Inn was. My main reason for booking. I booked a queen double suite.as I was told that was all that was available during Christmas. I did not really like the awkward room lay out. The bathroom and shower were separate from the sink, which was in an open alcove That might not have been so bad if there was some sort of sliding door for privacy. The lights from the sink/vanity area interfered with the sleeping area There was no privacy in the room. I really liked the lobby area with the cozy fireplace and tv. Also, the complimentary breakfast was very good each day and awesome coffee. Great workout room. Very nice pool. No one swam and the Jacuzzi was out of order. The hotel was peaceful and quiet. Even though some guests had pets with them... The front desk people were very kind, polite and helpful. I would stay again as it is close for visiting family, I would just book a different type of room.

From beginning to end our stay was 10 Stars! All staff went above and beyond to make our stay the utmost of comfortable. The bed and pillows were luxurious I slept like a baby and woke to the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and I had many, we travel for my husbands medical needs and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had . Breakfast was fresh hot and absolutely delicious! I have to mention the staff again their welcoming compassionate smiles went a long way . There’s something about being greeted with eye contact and a warm smile when your trip is a Necessity rather than for pleasure, we will definitely stay at this location again, in the future and more highly recommend it to others.

NOT POSSIBLE - We were staying in order to attend an out of town family wedding. We arrived at 3pm per the rules&conditions of the hotel, only to be told OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY!! We purposefully did not travel dressed so we could check in and freshen up before the event. Instead we had to wait 30 minutes PAST the due checkin time and had to scramble to get to church on time!!! No apologizes - no discount on room - nothing but an oh well we are busy!!! Rest of stay was okay but you never get an second chance to make a 1st impression

Everything about this hotel was top notch! The cleanliness, hospitality, the amenities and breakfast. I give it a 5 star hotel for sure! Love this place. I stay here every time I come visit my family in New Jersey

The hotel was very clean. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Everything was very good. One issue was that the door to the room did not close all the way without an extra push. Second, the refrigerator was noisy and woke me up several times. The soccer kids and their families were very noisy in the common room on the first floor.
