Great location, nice staff, and helpful amenities like parking and beach tags. Easy walk to the beach, very kid friendly.

Just good enough Pool is smaller than picture but just fit for kids.

We’ve stayed here before. Unfortunately this time we found the room to be unkept. Our children found pills and old food in the bedroom that was not properly cleaned and disposed of. We alerted the front desk of the discretion. Hoping our next stay is up to par as previous stays.

The staff at Watson's is top notch. They always have a smile on their faces and are very accommodating. My family and I enjoy staying here for short trips.

We are an OCNJ family and this was our first stay at Watson's for the First Night Events. We loved it. Staff was great, convenient location and lots of parking available. Our unit was decorated so cute.

Our stay was quite unsettling. We had a stranger come through our bedroom slider door, awakening us at 1:30am. The following night, we had multiple attempts of people trying to get in our locked doors while sleeping, frightening our two children. We then had people knocking and trying to get in our front door, again awakening us from a sleep. When we told the front desk attendant, we were told we were in the middle of a block of reserved rooms. We have had pleasant stays at the Watsons in the past and already have a week booked this summer, but unfortunately this trip may keep us from wanting to stay at the Watsons again.

It was a wonderful place to go on a family trip!

Fantastic stay! It was just a short weekend trip but we had extended family visiting us so we booked 2 rooms to accommodate us all and we had no space issues. The rooms were clean enough but could definitely use some additional attention in the harder to reach places, very comfortable though and each was nicely & uniquely decorated.

Very friendly staff, convenient short walk to boardwalk. Rooms are clean with everything you would need in the kitchen area. Nice for a family with kids. Pool area was indoors but bright with lots of natural light and windows. Hot tub was closed that was the only thing we missed.

Service - fantastic Rooms - clean Kitchen amenities - there were 2 coffee condiment packets with sugars and stirrers. The actual coffee “pods” were not provided. We found one inside the coffee pot which had seen better days. The coffee pot was not clean. Bathroom - besides toilet paper, tissues, & towels, there were 3 shampoo sample bottles, and one small wrapped soap. No conditioner, or lotion provided. Pull out couches in living room - simply atrocious. Both were old. The springs were broken on one of them, if not both. The actual mattresses on both were horrific and the kids could feel all the springs. They did not rest on account of the substandard mattresses and pull out beds. Bedroom bed - I found it ok. My husband found it lumpy and too soft, hence he too didn’t rest. Amenities - facility has a hot tub and pool. I received an email stating the pool and hot tub were both closed, providing me an option to cancel for full refund. There was no option for discount. Notwithstanding, we decided to stay. What they failed to mention, is that both were obviously under fixing/repairing. So for a day and a half there was loud drilling and construction noise. Taking into account the off season price without discount, the terrible bedding situation all around, in addition to the noise, I give this stay 1.5 stars. After beach days and activities, not having a good night sleep is terrible. Waking up to drilling didn’t help matters. Will not return.
