The service was great! I had a mix up with my scheduled day and they were very helpful and accomodating. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed. The kids were really looking forward to a swim.

The front staff employee Gloria was very friendly and check in was easy. The room was clean and ready for us at 3pm. My kids loved the pool! I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Stayed with family, very convenient to the Newyork attractions, and the breakfast is good, especially for kids, they will love with the options available. Its paid parking but safe and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and the facility is clean and very well maintained. Thanks to the staff & property management team

After a week long trip, my children were looking forward to a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately it closed rather early at 9 PM and the hot tub was broken. The shuttle was helpful and got us to our airport terminal. Place was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Property is very convenient to the Airport with hotel shuttle service provided for free every 30mins 24/7. If you are looking for convenient to shopping 🛍 and restaurant within a 5 mile radius this might not be the the hotel unless you want to use share rides for your transportation needs. That can be expensive. The Hotel it self is very nice with indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The Hotel has parking for $17 plus $4.25 tax=$21.25 a day. I think the hotel should lower that fee or get rid of it all the together. They know they are next to the highway 🛣 only and neighboring Hotel with no restaurant, no gas stations, Pharmacies, Starbucks, or Walmart with 6-10 miles. YON CAN'T Walk to anything. You would have to rent a vehicle plus pay them to park on their premises. The hotel hot breakfast is pretty good. Hotel great place to stay if you need to flight back out within short stay. The paid daily parking gets really expensive. I would stay again there. But, I would first looking for a hotel in the inner-city near city convenients Penn Station first. Especially, with kids and Young adults. Not, so much Family accommodating so much.

We needed an emergency stay during a family funeral near the airport the accommodations met our need and staff was friendly and helpful

This hotel was great for our family’s 3 night stay. It is conveniently located near the airport and NJ Transit stations. The only downside is that restaurants aren’t nearby to walk to, so you have to travel to them by other transportation. The free breakfasts help, and there’s also a small marketplace inside the hotel with packaged foods, like cold sandwiches, available too. We’d stay here again when we visit NJ/NY another time.
