Great breakfast for families

If you plan to stay here for visiting New York, I will ot recoment this. It takes a long time! and a lot of hassle and back and forth, and lots of stess to get with busses/ subway to Manhatten ! You could get an Uber/ Lyft taxi to airport, and then take the express straight to Manhatten but its 20 Dollars per person each way ! If your on a vacation with a family you will brake your budget only on transport . Its in a middle of heavy trafic, and you will notice both noise and dust ! The hotell, costed me about 200 dollars a night !! and its quite worned down, and not very many facilities. The swillimenpool had dirty water. When we lived there, in desember, its was full of people, mostly hispanic poeple, nothing wrong with them, they dont drink and dont make a lot of noise, but they stay 5-6-7 person in one room, an dwe had to stay in a line everry day to eat breakfast. The breakfast was ok for me, but quite limted, and not anywhear near the standardt I am usend to , in a European hotell, and with plastic forks, and knives and paperplates, its quite limited . The room had a big LG TV , and was very good , the beds was great to sleep in. But be aware, and buy food, in a market, its exapnsive, I payed 5 dollars ! for one litre of water !

Great place for a 1 night stay; having come off a flight into Newark we got the AirTrain to the Hotel Shuttle Stop and then got the free bus to the hotel. Checkin was speedy, reception was welcome and the complimentary coffee in the foyer was welcoming. Room with 2 double beds and a sofa bed was exactly what we needed for my family of four. Gym has 2 running machines and 2 ellipticals. Small pool is refreshing and the hot tub is hot! Complimentary breakfast had plenty of healthy and tasty choices. I would stay again.

We like everything about the property. The break fast was awesome. The only thing which we didn’t like there was no mention of parking fees per day. Which we found out at the corny in time that we didn’t like. If you are new to the area it’s better not get the hotel out here . It’s better to get it near the city. The area doesn’t seem safe to stay with the family.

The staff was great with us. Went with my kids and parents and staff was very kind and helped us a lot We had issues with airline both on our way to África and way back home to Costa Rica. Stayed there both times and always received the service help expected and beyond! Huge thanks !!

My stay was great. My kids enjoyed it as well. The room was very spacious with the 2 double beds. The pool had too much chlorine in it and burned our eyes and effected our skin. Also the whirlpool/jacuzzi was not open which was a complete bummer for me because inqas really looking forward to it. But i have no complaints of anything else. The staff was amazing, breakfast was amazing, room was awesome, parking was easy. I would book again.

Our stay was ok. It was as clean as expected for a cheaper hotel near nyc. We had a TERRIBLE exoerience with the billing end. We were charged 144 for the stay. Then we were charged 126.38. We were credited back the 126.38. The manager said this was their mistake and apologized profusely. We were very happy the mistake was caught. Apparently they pulled the charge and months later- July 2023- original charge was February 2023- my debit card was charged 126.38 without even so much as a phone call. If we owed the money bc they with drew their charge- then we would gladly pay it back but two things immensly upset me. No phone call prior to a charge on my account. The manager on duty was absolutely so rude to me. He refused to tell me who the original person i spoke with was. This facility has hands down lost my fiture business and will not be given any positive referrals from me. In todays world- with inflation- evetupenny counts. Im.a mom of three kids and if you are going to charge me for something I fully expect to be notified first.

Like the property but fausset was leaking and our room entrance smelled like cigarette. The breakfast is great, lots of choices and the jolted is child friendly. The staff are very courteous.

Very clean and comfortable for a family. Out of must places i stayed in newark so far this is the best
