I came to Newark to visit my son for the Thanksgiving holiday. I now realize this hotel is probably geared to people attending sports events at the adjacent Prudential Center, not for family visits. It was not a good choice. Even so, this hotel could provide a more welcoming check-in process. Something that urgently needs to be addressed is the difficulty with disability access from the garage.
