I have booked 3 rooms, under Ravinder mangat, Swaranjit walia and sukhpreet walia, first it shows pool on your website but there is no pool at hotel. My kids want the hotel with pool and so much disappointed. Then only one elevator work which takes whole day to come up and down. Worst came next day when we are doing check out and elevator stop working and we have to take whole stuff by stairs and we all are on 5th floor. I need full refund of my booking from hotel and want a call from you people.

All of the staff was incredibly helpful with assisting us in navigating our way in to NYC and answering the multitude of questions our family had during our stay. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was geared to meet a variety of dietary requirements.

Parking or the lack thereof was horrible. . The night crew told us we could park in the spot but in the morning the shuttle driver was irritated that we were parked there and was screaming at us as if were we his kids .We tried to explain to him we were told we could park there & he was adamant that no one could have told us to park there. Night check in crew was great. This was very close to the airport .

This is a nice, clean hotel with friendly personnel that's appropriate for a business stay or a family stay. It's a 5-minute shuttle-bus ride from the P4 AirTrain stop at Newark airport, so it's very easy to get to. It's not noisy, even though it's close to the airport. Breakfast in the hotel is enough to get your day started.

There was black mold in bathroom-on ceiling around shower and sink. Window was gross and not clear. No mention of the pool being unusable, my kids were looking towards spending their first night in a hotel with a pool. If this was clear, I probably would've booked somewhere else with a functional pool. Won't be staying or recommending again.

Ants in 1st room, plus beds are back breaking saggy soft Non functioning tv in 2nd room Toilet flushes only every half hour otherwise bubbling and gurgling Front desk did not call back to inform when we asked to change room, we had to call back. Told us food is delivered to rooms we had to go down to lobby to pick up. We order asian food, it is recommended by your hotel it was horrible. Considering the location of your hotel you should have better recommendations for your guests. We did not choose to stay in a Super 8, I was expecting more from the Fairfield. I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends

Stay anywhere else if you are looking for a night's sleep before an early flight out of EWR. Both nights I stayed here I was stuck next to rowdy high school kids, running around the halls, screaming, slamming the doors, nonstop well past midnight. I called the front desk both times to complain about noise and nothing was done. Additionally, one time the hotel had forgotten to lock the door between my room and the room next to me. So complete strangers opened the internal door to my room at 1AM. Terrifying

The hotel was clean and staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. We had to transfer rooms due to clanking noises coming from the a/c. New room was good but heard airplane and car noises. I have stayed at a lot of airport hotels in the past but this one by far had the highest noise level. Also, pool closes early at 10 pm and breakfast didn't start until 6:30am. When my children and I were trying to get something to eat at around 6:15 am, the kitchen lady got upset and loudly told me that breakfast didn't start until 6:30!!!

Someone activated the fire alarm and we had to evacuate our hotel room for over 2 1/2 hours. By the time we were allowed access back inside of the hotel it was after 2 am. Try sitting in the car with a fretful baby for over 2 hrs
