Awesome. We have been here several times in the last few years. The staff now knows us as regulars. We get treated like family.

The hotel was great. I came into town for a concert nearby. I was able to be dropped off and picked up from the concert by the hotel shuttle which was very important to me because I have mobility issues. The staff was very kind and courteous, they really look after your needs. The room was excellent. It had everything you could possibly need for a 1 night stay or 1 week stay. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I have already told my family members about the hotel and they are looking to get reservations there soon.

Great location and safe for the family. The hotel is more outside the city or downtown NJ area, but we felt safe walking the dog during the day or exploring the dining and coffee locations around the hotel. If needed, you can easily can drive to Newark at Prudential Center or go into NYC. We had our family of 5 plus a large dog in a double suite, and we still had a clean kitchen area, sofia bed and spacious bathroom. The bathroom is very large and had nice complementary toiletries plus an array of clean towels. The TV swivels so you can watch on the couch near the kitchen in a suite or in one of the Queen beds. Staff are all friendly and the breakfast on-site offers a great diversity while also some specials of the day. If you park, you pay in the garage right behind the hotel and you validate it prior to leaving with the front desk. You can go in and out, and it's only one price $21/per day as long as you check in with the staff. You can also take the metro into the NJ or NY area as the Harrison station is right across from the hotel. Overall very clean hotel (I'm the type that also brings my own Clorox wipes and disinfectant) and felt they did a good job accomedating families with pets and keeping a great safe environment.

We were traveling with our kids and old parents. We chose element because they have two bedroom suites with two full bathrooms. The walk in shower is more convenient for kids and old people than bathtub. Breakfast was good. The suite was very neat and spacious. I always choose suites with kitchen. But still I bring my pans from home because the pots and pans in hotel will have lot of stains in them. Surprisingly in element, everything looked new. My MIL just loved the kitchen. I can give 5 stars just for the kitchen alone. The train station is just across the street which was very convenient. The only thing I would suggest is to have pancakes/waffles everyday for the kids. Also, installing small shelf in the shower for keeping soap/shampoo. We will be visiting again!

Stayed here for a short family trip to NYC. Hotel is super close to public transit, if you are staying for an extended trip the full kitchen would be great. Also there are several dining options close by.

We have stayed here several times as we have family nearby. It is always a great stay and super convenient. My only issue is with Hotels.com because I feel that the room charge per night was not what was quoted in my reservation.

We've stayed there before. Location is outstanding - right next to the PATH station, easy in and out to the parking garage (especially to all places N Jersey). Room had enough space for a family of 4 - 2 Queens, big fridge, etc.

We had an amazing stay.the hotel had a central location traveling to adults and 2 children under 5 kitchenette with all the necessary amenities was able to still cook dinner and provide snacks for the kids room was very clean and the beds were comfortable the only issue we had was with keeping the room at a comfortable temperature it was motion sensored and for whatever reason at night time it would start blowing out cold air but other than that it was a great day
